Item(s) ordered are subject to availability and in-stock items, should be delivered in to 7 to 10 business days from date order is placed. If an item is not available, we will communicate with you as to status of your order for delivery. Be be sure to include your correct address for the order to be sent. Incorrect addresses can and will delay delivery.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, APO and FPO destinations ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee priority shipments, but most normally take 3 to 5 business days. USPS Ground shipment is not offered because shipments cannot be tracked.
Payment to be made in full when placing an order on line. Acceptable payment is via PayPal and or Credit Card. All orders are processed once credit card and or PayPal authorization and verification has been obtained.
If you’d like to cancel or change your online order, please call Troyer Saddlery Customer Service at 1-260-768-7135 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
