Return and Exchange Policy

Please inspect your purchase as soon as possible upon receipt. 

You must first contact Troyer’s Saddlery for return authorization and shipping instructions.  You may call us at 260-768-7135 or send an e-mail message at returns@troyerssaddlery.com for return requests.   You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for approved returns.   This RA# must be visible on the outside of the returned shipping package.

Troyer’s Saddlery reserves the right to refuse return(s).

Your item needs to have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging, including all parts and accessories. 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of the sales receipt if authorized.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

All items authorized for return after 30 days from the date of the purchase will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee for store credit only.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

**Do not send any packages C.O.D, as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D. Personalized items and or special orders cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. 

Upon receipt of your authorized return, we will inspect your items and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
